I visited this show room a few days ago inquiring about their outdoor kitchens and bars. The manager there, Ivan was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided all the necessary information for me to be able to make A decision on my purchase. I am very happy with the sales process and I'm looking forward to grilling in my new kitchen island.

Paradise Grills is AWESOME ! After several homes where our Summer kitchen bar and grill were built by handymen with varying degrees of success, my wife and i opted for the turn key approach with our newest home; Paradise Grills- I never knew a store like Paradise Grills existed until a friend told us- We went to the Ft Myers, FL store; with a huge showroom to see every bar and grill model in person (The Paradisegrills.com website is great, but nothing better than having the bar/grill set up right in front of you). - T... read more

I purchased a tiki bar from paradise grills the top of the tiki bar collapsed I spoke to several employees and sent pictures .I was told I need to find a handy man because they are not servicing Norristown PA a supervisor told me he will send some parts out never received the parts and I was also told by a employee that the tiki bar I purchased it was not brand new I hired a handy man and it cost me 2000 to fix dollars I spent over 13000 dollars for this tiki bar I am very very angry and would like to receive my 2000 dollars... read more

My husband and I purchased our Paradise Grill in Jacksonville Florida in the middle of a pandemic when we were feeling shut in and isolated for months because of covid 19. We were told up front by Austin our salesperson that delivery would be three months, Austin was very knowledgeable and professional and Geoffrey was always there to help answer any questions or concerns that we may have had when Austin was not in. Bought one of their kitchens for my daughter and son in law as a house warming gift in December(2020) and after 4 months, still nothing. Two deliveries were scheduled. First time they brought the wrong unit hoping that we would take it(REALLY??). A second delivery was scheduled and they no-showed.After a call we find out that the unit wasn't even in stock. I wasn't quite sure where to start looking for an outdoor unit that would accommodate the different gatherings I host on a regular basis. I've owned my Tiki hut BBQ now for about 2 years and couldn't be happier! Countless hours spent with family and friends out here has made this one of the best purchases ever. Service department has been great and always taken care of my issues even years after purchase. Thank you Paradise!
