Product is to say the least sub standard if the electrical system only works for one and one half years. Basically you are spending over $4,000 for a grill that does work good. Customer service is way below par as I have been trying to contact them for over 4 months and never get a call back or a service technician to show up as promised. Highly recommend finding another company to invest your dollars in or you will be disappointed as we have been. If you go to the Tampa home show, dont buy their product!
We purchased our outdoor kitchen from the Naples location nearly two years ago. Anthony has been nothing but excellent from the point of purchase to followup after delivery. We have refered multiple friends to Anthony since. ***********
We ordered an entire outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills in Fort Lauderdale and were promised a February 1, 2021 delivery/installation date. They later said that was a mistake so the date moved to March 11th (today). This morning we received a call wanting to reschedule to the 15th. I have been trying to get to Claudia in the Corporate office to no avail and appears reluctant to even have the courtesy to call me back - have also tried to get to another "live" person at Paradise Grills with no luck - this company has no idea... read more

Do not do business with this company. Originally unit was to be delivered Jan 21st. They turned up with the wrong unit, words from the driver 'we thought you would except it and we will come back to modify'. No. Then they re-scheduled for the 30th between 12-4. I called the local store at 3:45, "its on the way". No one turned up. It took a week to get an update after i left a review on the local store. We received our unit almost 6 months ago and we have had issues since day 5. Customer service is severely lacking. They promise the world, but no one follows through and you speak to someone different about every 4 weeks. The radio does not come with an antenna (not sure why a $17K unit would not come with one, but we were aware and therefore bought the antenna. 4 (different) antennas later and the radio still only picks up 2 or sometimes 3 stations. 12+ emails and countless phone calls (and about 4.5 months later) they send... read more

I am very sorry for any frustration this has caused. Unfortunately Paradise does not carry a 42 inch TV, all TV's for the Tahiti come in the 39 inch. We are contacting the customer to reach a resolution in regards to the TV and the radio.
This was best delivery service. Anthony and juan were great.
We are extremely disappointed in Paradise Grills. We received a call to set up a delivery date and to pay our account in full. The delivery date came and went without a call. When we called we were told they were delayed a day or two because difficulty with other deliveries. When the next delivery didn't come again we called and were then told the delivery would take another three (3) weeks as the product had not even been built as of yet.
