Bought a large Paradise outdoor 2 tier bar/ grill when they had one small building to make them in 2012. It is 9 years old now and still just awesome. I primed and lightly under coated metal structural frame inside first week, still no rust,stucco,lighting, and tile work look awesome! Grill used for many large parties and almost looks like the day it was new, if whole thing needed to be replaced would buy again,but it should last another 5-10 years.Paid 4 times what I thought it was worth, but worth every penny.

Had the unit delivered 8 months ago. Had medium to low usage. Quality does NOT match the price paid. Does not match with others manufacturers available on the market. I regret buying it.
We purchased our St Croix Paradise Grill back in late June and the unit delivered on time with only a few cosmetic scrapes that Amanda , Kallena and Marielys have followed up with scheduling a repair tech; excellent customer service along with an exceptional job communicating . I highly recommend Austin in sales at the Jax FL location and the Customer Service Team in Orlando have taken care of all my needs above and beyond. This company has been the worst. I had the wrong kitchen delivered. 3 weeks later and I'm still dealing with trying to remedy it and get what I paid for. Still not fixed as of today.

DO NOT BUY - YOU WILL REGRET Went to this Paradise Grills store over a month ago and bought an outdoor kitchen. After about 4 weeks it had not been delivered nor did I receive any communication about when it would. This is due to them having parts shipped from China. Their motto is "plug and play". We've had our Paradise grilling system for 3 weeks, and we've plugged, but have yet to play. The good news: it is a beautiful outdoor kitchen. That's all the positive I can say. Paradise performed a service call on 6/12/20 to further assist the customer in achieving the desired grill heat. While there, the technician was able to exceed 500 degrees in less ten minuets. Our Paradise Grills are made with 304 grade stainless steel, a thick durable steel. It is required for a brand new grill to be primed before the first few uses. Purchased our grill on 5/9/2020 and they called to set up deliver on 6/6/2020. I tried calling them twice and I left messages to confirm again time and date no call back. Even contacted the manage Mark who sold us the grill and still no contact. Finally late Friday night they told us it would be 6/7/20. Next they text us at 5:30pm 6/6/20 that they'll deliver in 1hr 15 minute. So then at 7:30pm they show up and around 8:30 when they finally bring the bar part back - it's the wrong grill and bar. Very satisfied with the customer service Paradise Grills has offered us thus far. When we purchased our outdoor kitchen in the beginning of May we had high hopes of getting it delivered prior to my husbands birthday which was coming up on May 27th. Well when the corporate office called to schedule delivery the very next week they were already booking for the week following our party. I purchase the tiki hut out door kitchen model. They were suppose to deliver it on April 5th, I called the Thursday 4/2 before to confirm and was told it was pushed back til April 12th due to Covid-19. Which was understandable but a phone would of been nice.
