Just wanted to express my THANKS to Sean ***** of Paradise Grills for his assistance with delivery of my replacement counter top (original was damaged on arrival in December - Maui 10). Although I was disappointed with the communications (or lack thereof) being provided by the individuals I called to try and determine when my counter would be delivered (the first attempt proved to be a waste of my day since their delivery vendor never arrived), luckily I finally got connected with Sean and he got things done. The selling process was smooth. Once I bought my several thousand Dollars Tiki, the service became horrible. First, it took weeks to get the tv cover, as well as the grill cover which I bought separately. Then, 2-3 weeks ago, the palm roof started falling apart. Since then, I've spoken to the salesman and to the Sugarland branch manager (where I bought it), and the latter promised to take care of my case immediately. To date I haven't even received a courtesy call to explain why after 3 weeks they have not solved my problem.... read more
This is our second time buying from Paradise. The sales person we worked with both times was great and helped us pick out the perfect grill the first time, and an awesome entertainment piece the second time. We wanted to have it by Easter and they made it happen. Delivery was very professional and on time. There was a slight imperfection on the top of entertainment piece and delivery person spotted it and reported it. They are coming next week to replace the top. I highly recommend Paradise Grills!
I was concerned after reading some of these reviews but I'm happy to say that I have received my outdoor kitchen and I love it! There was a slight issue with a missing grill cover but I contacted customer service and they sent me one quickly.
Patrick in the Tampa showroom was awesome! Great selection of outdoor kitchens and the transaction process was easy.
Deborah was a great sales person. She has been available for any questions I have had. The grill outperforms my expectations
Overall I have been very happy with the outdoor kitchen that I purchased from Paradise Grills. I did have some issues with the logistics of getting it delivered and installed on my roof top terrace, but the regional manager, Sean, contacted me personally and committed to make sure all issues were addressed. Also, Marcos, the customer service rep did a great job in helping to coordinate my delivery and install. Overall I am very happy with Paradise Grills.
Brandon, Delivery Mgr in Ocoee, FL was wonderful; extremely diligent in his follow up and certainly knows the true meaning of customer service...this man deserves a raise! Thank you, Brandon for a tremendous job in coordinating and your superior service in making everything right. Thanks so much.
