I had a great experience with this company. I had Jason who installed a new storm rated door for me, since mine was old, rusted and presenting problems. He was very professional, did a great job putting in the door as well as cleaning up and hauling away all of the old door material. I highly recommend this company and Jason to do the job right. I called a couple of places & Paradise responded the quickest. They were able to give me a rough but accurate estimate over the phone. The gentleman that repaired my door was Shaun. He was fast, courteous, professional, & very helpful.

I had a problem with my garage door not closing properly. Today, Shaun arrived, on time, and immediately knew what to look at to fix the problem. The connector for the safety sensors was bad. Shaun quickly fixed the problem and checked the overall operation of the opener to make sure there no other issues. About four months ago Shaun replaced a broken torsion spring and installed new rollers. In both cases, I am more satisfied with Shaun's work and Paradise Garage Doors. They have my highest recommendation.
