I needed my 14 year old Genie Garage Door Opener repaired. David came out to evaluate and possibly repair my unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After conversation with Shaun from the office, I made the decision to replace the unit. Joshua came out and did the install. He was prompt and on time, very professional, personable and efficient and completed the job very quickly. Thank you Josh! I called late on a Friday afternoon for help on my ailing 20 yr. old garage door. I was told Shaun would be out Saturday morning. He showed up right on time and assessed the situation with the overhead door. within 2 hours he had replaced all worn or faulty parts and had the door working good as new. Thanks again Shaun & thanks Paradise.
I am very pleased with the one-day service I received from Paradise Garage Doors. I could not figure out what was wrong with my garage opener. Shaun quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to take care of. Now my garage door opens and closes better than ever.

I gave a few companies the opportunity to submit pricing for my door opener. Paradise was quick and kept on top of my questions. They quoted a good price and quickly came out to install. The guy doing the installation was great and he kept in touch by phone and worked around my schedule so I could get the install the day I planned. He was quick and explained how to use the unit. I couldn't of been happier with my new opener. Highly recommend this company if you need an opener

Paradise did a GREAT job!. We had an accident with the door and called them on Monday. They put a replacement door in on Wednesday morning. It is a great door. It the second one they have given us. (Two houses). They are both great. Have the battery back-up so no worries when power goes out. And we got the nylon wheels. Really quiet. And Dave goes above and beyond the limit. He came and programed both our cars to open both our doors with the built in buttons in our cars to open the doors. Awesome! (Hate that word but in this... read more

Great fast service! Dave was very prompt and professional. He went over and beyond the call of duty by setting my remote to my vehicle's own system and checking my garage door opener for flaws. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a broken spring that needed to be repaired. Shaun was the technician. He was prompt and courteous. The door was repaired and tuned up with new nylon rollers, new spring, new bearings and new cable pulleys. All done in under an hour. Door is like new!
