Shaun was great. He arrived on time, explained what was needed to repair the opener and also explained some optional things he could do to improve operational performance. He was polite and professional and completely the repair timely. I would rate him 10 out of 10.

JUST THE BEST!!!!!2 years ago Shaun installed my opener yesterday he replaced my rollers he is a true professional! Nice in these times! I have owned 5 homes but have never had such GREAT service.I tell all my neighbors to them and they are just as happy as I am.Shaun is an asset to the company,clean quick on time and what could be better?GO TO for all your needs.

Great professional service. I congratulate Leigh and Taha on their courtesy and professionalism. They arrived right on time and explained the issues with my door opener and provided me with my options to repair it. Leigh explained each step of the repair as he went along. It has been many years since we needed a repair to our garage door. I recalled the first rate service from Paradise Garage Doors that we received in the past and called them for help with today's problem. The technician was here the morning after our call. His name was Shaun and he was polite, professional and best of all good. Should we again need our garage door repaired we hope the company will send Shaun.
