Paradise Garage Door Services quickly responded to my service request and fixed my problem promptly with one visit. Our technician, Shaun, was very personable and professional. He listened to my problem, quickly diagnosed it properly, and offered me a variety of options for the corrective service without the slightest upsale pressure. I really appreciated his straightforward approach and character.

I picked Paradise Garage doors because of the many good reviews that I read online and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from initial phone call to when service was completed. We needed new springs and although we were not in a hurry, they had Shaun come out same day. We also had to try to schedule around when my husband got home from work, so they put us in the last 3 hour window and then Shaun was even able to re-adjust his schedule and make us the last stop - he went above and beyond. My garage door springs were broken. After getting estimates from many companies, I chose Paradise for the service call. The company responded promptly and sent Shaun out for the service call. I was very impressed with Shaun professionalism and knowledge. He explained clearly the issue, and he explained how it would be fixed. I highly recommend Paradise and also I want to thank Shaun for his help on resolving the issue very quickly.

My double garage door would stop and reverse direction when trying to close. I went online and found Paradise Garage Doors and read several of their excellent reviews. I called them, was promptly answered and service was set for Saturday morning. David came when scheduled, diagnosed and quickly made the repair (bad sensor). He gave me a military discount and reviewed the price with me. Shaun did an excellent repair call for us. He explained the cause of the problem so that we could take care of the issue should it happen again. He did extra things that we didn't call about. He helped program another door remote operator for us that we didn't call about too. He is a real asset for the customer and Paradise Garage Doors.

I needed my 14 year old Genie Garage Door Opener repaired. David came out to evaluate and possibly repair my unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After conversation with Shaun from the office, I made the decision to replace the unit. Joshua came out and did the install. I called late on a Friday afternoon for help on my ailing 20 yr. old garage door. I was told Shaun would be out Saturday morning. He showed up right on time and assessed the situation with the overhead door. within 2 hours he had replaced all worn or faulty parts and had the door working good as new.
