Called Paradise Garage Door for annual inspection and servicing. The service tech name was Leigh M. He was very helpful and informative, and explained all facets of how a automatic garage door functions. After his complete inspection of our garage it was recommended for a full serving to replace all worn and defective parts. He was very informative and professional, and did a great job. Technician Shaun (the red hair guy) is courteous and is such a great help!!! I would definitely advocate on his behalf to others. Please don't allow this guy to slip out of your company. Great people are hard to find. Keep him at every cost. His services is appreciated. He absolutely does his job WELL!

I was worried when the coil spring on my garage door opener broke, and the number on the sticker on my door was for a place so far away that I would have had to wait 4 days for them. On Google, Paradise Garage Doors was the first (and only named) place to come up in the Vero Beach area, and Shawn was here in less than an hour. Large 8 ft double wide hurricane door blew out a spring (like a sonic boom) and was too heavy to manually open. Called Paradise Garage Doors at 7:40 a.m. and the office was open! Twenty minutes later Jay and the service truck were in our driveway. Entire door and mechanism was refurbished like new. Jay did the same on our single wide door and all was complete in less than two hours. During this time frame, Jay gave me some valuable tips on maintaining and operating our doors properly. Shaun was great. He arrived on time, explained what was needed to repair the opener and also explained some optional things he could do to improve operational performance. He was polite and professional and completely the repair timely. I would rate him 10 out of 10.

JUST THE BEST!!!!!2 years ago Shaun installed my opener yesterday he replaced my rollers he is a true professional! Nice in these times! I have owned 5 homes but have never had such GREAT service.I tell all my neighbors to them and they are just as happy as I am.Shaun is an asset to the company,clean quick on time and what could be better?GO TO for all your needs.
