Today Ethan came to install my garage door opener. From the moment Paradise contacted me to set up and the appointment, to the completion of the install, I was treated courteously. The professionalism, and knowledge of the product Ethan had was above reproach. He installed the opener, and all the other components expeditiously. Josh came out within agreed window, diagnosed the issue and replaced the number pad. In addition, he oiled the squeaks away, and set up my phone to use the smart features of the opener. Service was awesome and reasonably priced.

My family needed a same day appointment for a damaged garage door issue that would have left our garage open had we not been able to get a technician out. I have nothing bad or negative about paradise garage doors. Everything was absolutely excellent from the phone call to schedule the service all the way to "Ethan" replacing my garage door opener. My door will last a lot longer now. I had it painted and it was making noises. I called to get a "tune up" because I live 4 blocks from the beach. He serviced the door and guaranteed it for 7 years. I am so glad.... he answered all my question and was quick and efficient.
