Shawn did an excellent job repairing my garage door open yesterday (3/31/22). I had waited patiently for the part, and as soon as it came in, Shawn was here the next day to get the opener fixed! Thanks Shawn Ann ******* Cocoa Beach
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jay did an outstanding job. He found my problem and took care of it. I will call them for future needs.
The techs advised me of the delay of appt. time, worked with preciseness to replace my opener. Danny and Josh answered all my question and walked me thru the whole process. They are excellent employees representing the Paradise Garage Door company. Thank you all very much.

I called Paradise on Wednesday when my Garage Door quit working. Repair Techs Jay & Danny arrived at 07:49am on Thursday. They left at 09:35am and I had a WORKING, and complete REBUILT Garage Door and Readjusted Door Opener. They were Extremely Friendly, Professional and the Lead Tech JAY was a Storehouse of Knowledge about His Job. WELL DONE

We came home Saturday night and our garage door wouldn't open. I called on Sunday and left a message. Within 5 minutes someone called me back. They told me a service representative would call Monday morning to set up an appointment. They called Monday and set up an appointment for 9:00am. Jay showed up on time. He explained the service options throughly and went to work. He had the job completed within a hour. You just can't beat that for service! We were completely satisfied with the job and very happy with Jay.
