MY INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH JOSH WAS EXTENSIVE, HE EXPLAINED MANY THINGS AND WAS VERY CONCISE. THEN, THE FRONT OFFICE, DIRECTED BY SEAN, JEN & CAROLINE WAS TERRIFIC IN EXPEDITING THE PROCESS. I am a new customer to Florida. Josh came out to check my garage and change the password. He was courteous, timely & efficient. He also did not pressure me to add other work, instead he listed a few things that I might need in the future. Will definitely use him again!

Two installers, Eric and Taha, installed our garage door opener. They did a great job on the install and made sure our set-up was complete (including setting us up to define our own entry code for the outer pad). Our remote controllers were all set up, including an extra we purchased from them. They completed it in very reasonable time and took time to explain things and answer any of our questions. We're very happy.
The two young men that came out to install my new garage door were very courteous and attentive to questions asked. Eric and Taha not only showed that they knew what they were doing but very knowledgeable about what they were doing and a whole lot of the product. I can see that they care about the customer as much as they care about the work they are doing. Ethan and Josh came to our house yesterday to replace our garage door motor that we bought. They came here in a timely manner. And they were very friendly and very professional. They installed the motor to satisfaction and asked if I had any questions. We bought our garage door from them years ago and we were so happy with them so had no question about calling them to replace the motor. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs their services.

Ethan and Josh did an amazing job. The door is 7 years old and when they left the door was working smoother and quieter than when I purchased the house. They provided recommendations and let me decide. No high pressure sales like other companies
July 14, 2021. Eric and Taha came to replace the bottom panel on the garage door that I ordered some weeks ago. They called before coming to give me a heads up that they were on their way, which is a courtesy I really like, no surprises. They were both knowledgeable about what they needed to do and got the job done very quickly and with expertise; not to mention courteous, professional, and a good sense of humor too! Great job guys!
