July 14, 2021. Eric and Taha came to replace the bottom panel on the garage door that I ordered some weeks ago. They called before coming to give me a heads up that they were on their way, which is a courtesy I really like, no surprises. They were both knowledgeable about what they needed to do and got the job done very quickly and with expertise; not to mention courteous, professional, and a good sense of humor too! Great job guys! Had great service from Josh. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the job done perfectly. Needed the bottom rubber installed and while he was there I asked him what would be the next thing I could expect to go wrong and he said the wheels. I asked him if he was able to replace them now and was able to do it. This is my first time using Paradise Garage doors, but I will definitely use them again. "Josh" very good job.

They were fast, courteous, and efficient. Josh was very knowledgeable. A little on the expensive side. But all in all when I need another repair, or a new garage door they will get my business.

I called them and made my appointment. Not only were the person on the phone polite but the technician as well. Punctual and awesome customer service. We had a broken spring. Josh came and made the job easy and was done within an hour. I definitely will keep them for my future garage business. Highly recommend and trust.
Excellent job !!! These two men, Eric and Taha, did an outstanding job from the moment they called to tell me they were on the way until they finished the work about two hours later. Obviously experienced, they were very efficient as they worked together. The installation is excellent in every respect. I'll be calling this company when I need garage door work down at my other property near Sebastian. Good job guys !!

With a ten year old overhead garage door installation in our Treasure Coast Condo, we chose to have it evaluated and serviced. The Paradise technician Josh arrived on time the next day and confirmed our concerns that it was due for spring, bearing and roller servicing.
