We came home Saturday night and our garage door wouldn't open. I called on Sunday and left a message. Within 5 minutes someone called me back. They told me a service representative would call Monday morning to set up an appointment. They called Monday and set up an appointment for 9:00am. Jay showed up on time. He explained the service options throughly and went to work. He had the job completed within a hour. You just can't beat that for service! We were completely satisfied with the job and very happy with Jay.

Called on a Saturday when garage keypad and remotes would not work. They sent Jay out Monday. Jay was able to quickly identify the problem (bad logic board). Unfortunately--or maybe fortunately, the large garage spring literally broke when he opened the garage manually. Good timing as it happened while he was here and was going to go soon. Jay replaced the spring immediately and ordered the logic board. Shaun, was fabulous, explained everything clearly, and was quick to complete the job. Courteous, reliable, professional, and honest!
Needed our opener replaced ASAP. They scheduled a next morning repair. Two men showed up and did a fine job. Even programmed our old remotes for spares. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks.
We just had Josh, with Paradise Garage Doors, come to our rescue within a couple of hours after calling the office yesterday! What an Amazing staff and service provided. He repaired the garage door, all within an hour, so we were back up and running again. We were so impressed by his knowledge and efficiency. The garage door is working better than ever and so quiet. Our garage door belt broke on New Year's morning so gave Paradise a call. Very professional on the phone and Josh showed up early in the time frame window and had the belt replaced quickly. After that he noted that the clicking sound we were hearing as the door raised and lowered was the bearings in the nylon rollers going bad and replaced them just as quickly. We had gotten so used to the noise we didn't realize there was a problem, but when he was finished the door was extremely quiet when operated. Seems like a brand new ... read more
