My husband and myself had a problem with our garage door. It suddenly stopped working! We were both in a panic, not knowing what to do. Paradise Garage Doors installed our new Door and Door Opener. Everything went perfectly from the moment they came out to give us a quote to the day of installation. Josh and the Guy that was with him (I apologize I don't remember his name). Came out and went over everything. They explained everything and answered all of our Questions. This company is great. I have used them several times and always been impressed. Today Joshua came out and replaced the springs. He was polite, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.. I highly recommend this company!

Josh and Mike were there the next day after I called and on time. I only asked for the remotes to open the doors as all of mine had disappeared after checking all things out it was discovered one of my doors needed additional repair..(I had heard noises from it)..so they got right on it and fixed everything I was late for bible study so they finished after I was gone..Very nice guys,, had no worries leaving them there alone. Very grateful they repaired it or it could have been alot worse if it had broken.. very pleased Kathy

Called in am was told they would be out between 1-4pm Ethan called at about 1pm said he would be here in about 1/2 hour. He arrived and got right to work told me everything he was doing (very helpful). Set up all remotes and helped me with phone app for the opener. He was a very polite young man. Got the job done in a very reasonable time, cleaned everything up and was on his way. I am very thankful he came the same day that means a lot. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We had an excellent experience working with Paradise Garage Doors. Danny, our technician, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and friendly. A down home guy. Before calling Paradise our garage door sounded like a screaming cat every time we opened or closed it. Once Danny worked his magic, the door purred like a kitten as it glided on the tracks.
