5 star Called at 10:30 a.m. to have a new garage door opener installed. The installer arrived and finished by 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday. He did an excellent job and was very efficient. I could not ask for a more prompt service, I am extremely satisfied. Thanks.

I had a very good experience with this company. Jeff came to deal with my garage door/opener. He was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. He also helped me with fixing other issues that I was not aware of. BRAVO!!!!!!!! Thank you very much. If I have any other problems I would not hesitate to use their services again.

George was the technician that came to our home on 09/30/2017 to look at our garage door that was giving a code of an obstruction. We re-aligned the safety eyes and there were no obstructions but it still would not stop flashing and when we closed the door, it would reopen. George tried several diagnostic tests and recommended a new system. We had a marantec that he said did not have a high success rate of lasting more than approx 8 years. Ours was 11 years old. Jason and Ben were very professional. They arrived early, completed the job in a timely manner, and left the site neat and clean. They replaced my garage door opener and even programmed my second door opener to the new remotes. Excellent workers.

Called on Wednesday, told repairman would be there Thursday, and he was. The repairman, Shawn, promptly arrived when he said he would. He repaired the belt on my garage door opener, showed me how to adjust the door if necessary and showed me how to return opener to automatic from manual. He was prompt, courteous and helpful. The company installed my door two years prior and I would recommend this business to others.

I was very impressed by Paradise Garage Doors. The spring on our garage door broke during the night. Our cars were stuck in the garage and a hurricane was coming in 3 days. I tried 2 other companies with no success. When I called Paradise they were more than happy to fix our door. The technician (Shaun) called 20 minutes before arrival. He was pleasant, experienced and explained the repair process as he did it. He wasted no time in repairing the door. I recently had need for someone to repair my garage door opener. After an experience with another company I called Paradise who responded the next day and repaired the system at 1/10th the cost of the competitors estimate saving me a good deal of money. I would highly recommend this company and David the technician that made the repair.
