I live in condo association with 10 single car garages. We have for a couple yearr been receiving bids to replace 30 year old fiberglass doors. Paradise gave us a price we could not refuse. The team that installed my door were promptly at my door when the project manager Shaun had told me. They used as much of the existing garage infrastructure that would meet hurricane code. We received great service both while on the phone making an appointment and when working with the technician, Shaun. We received an appointment for next day service. Shaun was punctual, personable, and detailed. All around very professional service.
Shaun arrived ahead of the 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM estimated arrival time and was done by 10:05 AM; therefore, providing us with the remainder of the day for other duties. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. He also, a check and lube of the overhead garage door.

David could have easily sold us a new garage door opener. Instead he fixed the problem within 10 minutes andd showed us how to do it should it happen again. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We called on a Saturday expecting an answering machine and got a human. Dave came out almost immediately and the price was reasonable and there was no additional charge for the weekend. If it were possible I would give him anA++++.

Incredibly impressed! Paradise was not only willing to be at my house the day I called (to replace my spring), but their prices were fair, and the tech, David, was professional, friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!
We had a garage door spring break. I was able to get an appointment with Paradise the next day. David called me before he came and actually offered to come earlier than the appointment window. I agreed, and he arrived shortly afterward. He got right to work replacing the springs, and gave me some tips and pointers along the way to keep our garage door in good working condition. Price was as quoted, and very fair. I will use them again for garage door needs.

We were very happy with our experience with Paradise Garage Door Service. Our garage door spring broke and I called two different people, Paradise and another company that was listed. I left my name and phone number on the other companies voice mail and still I have not had a call back.
