I have to say I was not sure what I was getting myself into when I called Paradise Garage Door Service. I found them on a ************* and needed help very quick since my garage door was able to call off. Once contacting Paradise Garage Door, was happy to find out that someone will be at my home the same day between 1-4. Outstanding Job w/ excellent response time (less than 2 hr). Their Tech. Shaun was also Outstanding, did a great job and gave us a great deal on a new system. He knew his stuff and was in & out in about an hour. I would highly recommend Paradise to everyone who needs repair or replacement of door system.
I was amazed and delighted that one and a half hours after I called with a problem, Troy was at our door ready to diagnose and fix it. Troy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant, and our garage door was working perfectly an hour later. Excellent service!!
When my garage door self-repair job didn't repair I looked in the yellow pages for a small company. My theory is the large, flashy ads cost more, so the company charges more and is too big to be personal. I was right! Paradise Garage Doors was very good. The repairman came to my house the day after I called, put the chain on the motor and adjusted the door. I've used Paradise three times in the last two years and they are always prompt (same-day service) and they have the parts necessary to make repairs to my garage doors the same day. I never have to wait for repairs which is extremely important for security reasons. Very dependable and their prices are reasonable. Thank you, Shaun.
