I am so impressed with this company and the technician who came to my home, Shann. Whenever a homeowner has a repair to be done, you always see dollar signs. I called Paradise Garage because my cable broke. I made an appointment and Shann arrived on time. He assessed my problem and then realized there was more to the repair then the broken belt. Shaun called 15 minutes out to notify me of his arrival time. I appreciated the notification. Shaun was very professional, personable, and polite. He discovered my garage door spring needed to be replaced. I asked a couple of questions and he answered them patiently. He also put up with my dogs. He is an excellent example of an exemplary employee. I paid $374 to replace spring, this includes deduction for senior and service call. outstanding company. Tech Shaun R was great, above and beyond for customer service.. Had this facility out a few years ago and this week had a problem w/ garage door. I now have a warranty co and when this company was mentioned as one that I could use I said yes 100%. They will treat you right and do everything to make things correct. Be sure to ask for Shaun R (tech)

Excellent service. Our technician Shaun evaluated what was wrong with our garage door, determining it was the springs. He showed us exactly why it wasn't working and how it should be working. They were replaced them on the same visit. We found the company to have great customer service and they did not try to up-sell for something we did not need. We appreciate the honesty, and professionalism.

We called Paradise for an emergency repair on a weekend and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. Shaun was FANTASTIC! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He assessed the problem, took time to explain it to us and then returned promptly Monday morning to complete the repair. Thank you, Shaun, for a job well done!!

Called Paradise Garage Doors in Merritt Island for repair of our garage door at approximately 2:30pm today. They sent a service technician named Shaun who arrived only an hour later. Shaun arrived, accessed the problem and when right to work. Shaun was professional, polite, obviously knowledgeable and fixed the problem promptly. Fair Pricing. This is my second garage door opener installation by Paradise Garage Door Services and completed by Shaun, their very capable installer. This installation required a lot more work than the first one since there were cable and broken spring problems plus needing a new opener. All services were performed in a first class manner by Shaun. Now I have smooth and quiet operation on both of my garage doors making me a very happy Paradise customer.
