Paradise Garage Doors is always very polite when I call, I have 3 Garage doors so it seems they all brake around the same time. First service call was a belt I had Shaun, did his work and did not push to sell me something I did not need. A couple weeks later on a different door I had a broken spring on a Sunday evening and someone was there early Monday morning. I had to call them back out, was lucky to get Shaun again, nice to have the same person, he was prompt and honored my 4 plus years warranty. I would definitely recom... read more

Called at 8 AM, to have broken springs replaced. Shaan came out and completed the repair before 10:30. Complete re-haul of the door, new high cycle springs, cables and commercial rollers as well for a reasonable price. Shaan was very personable with Great customer service skills. I would recommend Shaan and Paradise Garage Doors for any Garage door work.

Shaun has been out to my house a couple of times to service my garage door. He's always so pleasant and patient. He never acts like he's in a hurry, answers all of my questions and makes sure all areas of the garage door are working properly.

We had a great experience with Paradise Garage Doors Company. They installed a garage door opener with two remotes for us. They were a pleasure to deal with. Our installer Shaun was prompt in communicating with us and provided a superb service. We highly recommend this company to anyone!
We originally had Paradise Garage Door Services come out to install a new garage door about 3 years ago. Today, Shaun (from Paradise Garage Door Services), came out to rplace a/the spring(s) on our garage door. He suggested getting hurricane struts installed to strengthen the door in case we ever have another hurricane come thru, which we needed to do anyway.
