Favorite dealership ever. Treat me like family. I don't think I would ever go elsewhere. Marin and Steve are awesome and Will too. Clark in service department takes the best care of our cars should there ever be an issue. Kudos. Love you guys.

Susan Ahn in the service dept. is top notch. I always get there a little before the department opens @ 7am to beat traffic and she is always there to greet me. She also has always made me feel comfortable and I have complete trust in the dealership.
OMG, what a pleasant experience. I went to Pacific VW on Fridayand was helped by William Stennis, test drive the 2017 Passat. Loved it! But since I a recently married m, I figured I should wait until my husband could come before making s purchase. William was t pushy, but answered all of my questions. I went in to get my car serviced at Pacific Volkswagen and Michael Sandoval was great in helping me out. He was able to get me an additional discount with my service for my battery replacement that I greatly appreciated. They are always so great with their shuttle service too.
