James Nolte was so great to work with to trade in my Touareg for a Tiguan Wolfsburg. He found the exact car I wanted at the right price. Besides Chris Estrada who was excellent and picked me up from LAX and the reception and insurance people were also great. The finance lady could only talk shit from her mouth. So many promises but nothing but lies. Worst car buying experience ever due to her.
