This is our favorite Volkswagen! It's so clean and organized! Thank you to our salesman Cesar Vargas who helped us purchase a new car for our teenage daughter! He was very thorough and explained all the safety features! Also, he was no pressure at all, he gave us time to discuss our options in private and took his time with us! I will tell you this. I have bought a LOT of cars in my time, and I can honestly say that I have never had a better buying experience than I just had with Chris Estrada at Pacific VW. Not only is he no pressure, no hassle, but he played us a great tune on his guitar while we waited! Big smile, great attitude, easy going and a truly good guy. If you are in the market for a Volkswagen, I cannot recommend Chris Estrada and all the very friendly folks at Pacific VW highly enough.

Changing my review from earlier; James resolved all my issues and was enthusiastic about selling me the GTI and really knew a lot about the vehicle. He was a great help and was very knowledgeable. The cause of the confusion was explained to me and I'm very satisfied with my new GTI!
My first experience with Pacific VW Service and my service coordinator, Susan Ahn, actually made it a very pleasant one! The estimated work was completed quickly and despite my car requiring additional work, it too was completed as Susan explained and was done before she said it would be. I plan on gong to Susan Ahn at Pacific VW for all future service on both my GTI as well as my husband's Passat.
The service team always provide great customer care and because of this I am always satisfied with my service. Relaxing environment when waiting inhouse for your vehicle and just an all around great experience!!! Susan Ahn, one of the service managers is excellent! She always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and to take the stress out of your visit!!
