Adam Roberts was a delight to work with. As a female going into a car dealership on my own I've had my fair share of bad experiences. Adam is friendly, warm, respectful, and he bent over backwards to get me the deal I wanted on my GTI. My experience at Pacific VW and with Adam was the best I've ever had purchasing a car, keep up the good work!

Kyle Robinson is good service advisor but the service dept is not .First time I was there for a DEF refill and light bull change .When I started to drive off the lot , the light bulb warning light still on.I had to wait another hour for them to fix it. 2nd time I was there for an oil change and DEF refill . When I got home I checked my DEF tank and they did not refill it. I went back to the dealer the next day and after 2 hours of waiting to get my DEF refilled.
Jonathan Rodriguez is the best - always helpful, upfront and honest and he makes you feel like you are genuinely his top priority. While no one is thrilled about having a car issue - Jonathan helps in making it less of an issue.
Had my car in the service Dept. on Friday. Nail in tire, needed a new tire! Andrew Burke was my service advisor and, as always, he made me feel so welcome and taken care of. Tire had to be ordered and when I told Andrew that I wasn't sure about my time because I needed to rent a truck for the next day, he immediately got on the phone and called Enterprise to see if they had a truck available. I have always been very well taken care of by this dealership and especially by Kyle Robinson Kyle goes way above his requirements to accommodate me. He is attentive to my requests and always comes through for me. I live in the San Fernando valley but keep coming to this dealership n Torrance just because of the personal care I am given by Kyle
