Susan Ahn has been my service rep on two occasions and has been outstanding. A credit to the dealership and company. Polite, efficient and very customer focused. Didn't have the same experience with another of the customer service reps. I'll always request Susan as my service agent in future.

Just thought I'd give a shout out to Cesar!! Boy was he helpful!! This young man showed me every car I thought I might like and I looked at a whole lot of them!! He didn't get frustrated or lose his patients with me!! I was so picky and didn't want to put myself in the wrong vehicle.
