Susan Ahn was very helpful and courteous on a Saturday at 8:15am. Although there was a delay with drop-off/check-in, Susan greeted me by name and assured me that they'd take care of the problem. While waiting for my vehicle she checked in with me from time to time with a status update. Very informative and Susan went the extra mile.
