Your "Express Store" price was not honored when I accepted the price, provide proof of insurance, DL, etc. And credit was run. (I have screen shots of the price and conversations). The excuse was "That's not our system" and "we can't sell the car for that price". Very frustrating.
RecommendedGreat service and people. They took the car in for repairs quickly. Did the repairs. Washed the car in and out. Most car dealers only do the outside.
6 months. It has been almost 6 months since we leased our THIRD vehicle from this dealership and still no license plates. The DMV section will NOT return phone calls, the sales “manager,” Kristi, is zero help, even the sales representative has stopped answering my text messages. It is my understanding the temporary registration expires in 6 months so in 10 days my daughter will not be able to drive the car??? Love coming here to get the vehicle serviced Jonathan Rodriguez is top notch. Any question I may have never go unanswered. Wonderful customer service especially in easing anxiety. Living out of state I have plenty of VW dealerships to chose from. I always make it a point to stop here when in town
