I was in the middle of daily radiation treatments when my car needed not only to be repaired but to stay in the shop for three weeks--but the crew, especially Luis Cornejo, made sure I got a rental car while parts were ordered and repairs were made. Other staff were also helpful during the entire holiday period. I am grateful for their courtesy and kindness in making sure my car received the attention it needed.

I had a great experience purchasing a car at Pacific Volkswagen. James Le handled the sale and did an excellent job. I bought a certified pre-owned Passat for my son to drive. We were on the road test driving the car within a few minutes of our appointment time. The car was "as advertised." We agreed upon a price and completed the paper work within an hour. Buying a car is not always a smooth experience but Jason Stacho made it so. After a not so pleasant experience at Mckenna VW the people at Pacific VW made it right. Easiest car leasing experience. Deal done in less than an hour. They did a price match but I went with the nice guys. Thanks again Jason. Also to Sergio who stayed to explain the features of the car to us though it was quitting time.
