Bought a Passat from Pacific in 2010 with only 60,000 miles. Financed it for four years. Three months after making my last payment, with only 130,000 miles, the engine went out. Took it to McKenna Volkswagen in Cerritos...they said it would cost $8,000 to fix it. Wow! In addition, the interior ceiling covering began sagging until it fell completely off. Wow, again! Now I'm stuck with a car that is completely useless, nothing to show for the $14,000 I paid for it.
I would never recommend this dealer , I really had a bad experience, they make me lost all my day, first they told me that they could get me the car and color that I wanted, and when I finally decided they didn't want to sell me the car, They make me go several times to the dealer, Joe Aldana and the manager in the night shift just lie to me, if you want to be disappointed and mad this is the place, this people is so rude, they shouldn't be working there.
