I have been repeatedly put on hold, transferred, and placed on mute for long periods of time without anyone answering while trying to resolve an issue with the billing department. **** from the billing department did not fulfill our requests to remove a card we did not want on file and to keep a card we wanted on file. If I could give them a zero I would. They take your money and dont fix the vehicle. We provided everything they asked for as well as the mechanic company information as well. Everything is 35 business days. One day they have everything and when you call back we were mis-informed. EVERY SINGLE TIME. We had no issue paying our bill on time!!!! Be for real. False advertisement and horrible customer service. I forwarded a cancellation letter to e-mail provided and kept getting address invalid. Contacted by a salesman for payment and told him I was requesting cancellation. I requested him to send me an email to see if his worked. It did and I resent the cancellation letter to his email along with the cancellation letter. They charged my card without my permission and Ive have been fighting to get a refund for over 30 days. The companys service is horrible. It took them over a month to make a determination on a claim that they mostly declined. They keep you on hold indefinitely. The receptionists on the clam side are extremely rude.

I had 2 cars on a plan they would not fix the first car and I have been waiting 3 weeks for word on the 2nd car. Poor customer service, rude employees, back up of claims, so I was told. I spend my money every month on time and my service that I have received is poor. I want a full refund because they haven't done anything for me
