Called wanting information in March 2024 and was told I can sign up for $70 that day.. Being I was at work my wallet was in my purse and Im with a patient and gave my cash app information telling them there was only $20 on it.. he said hed take $10 but thought I wasnt going to get a notification that he tried taking the whole $70 STILL? LESS THAN ZERO is my rating for Ox Car 51 minutes and 9 seconds of recordings - long story short Agreed on a $25.00 down payment fee and yet $75.00 was charged to my credit card. I told him to cancel everything and I ended the call. Checked emails a few hours later and Ox Car was thanking me for my purchase. SCAM!!!!!! I paid my deposit and 5 monthly payments. When it came time to file a claim, they only approved $300 of what the dealer submitted. So I cancelled my policy after I found this out. Now they won't even pay the $300 even though it had been approved before I cancelled. I didn't even submit a towing bill, car rental or oil change/tire rotation in this claim which should have been covered also. I called them and was told because I cancelled, they didn't have to pay. They do not honor their contract or REFUND POLICIES. They denied my first and only claim with them and promised to refund me within 45 days. It's been almost three months and still no refund. I emailed their legal department because they mentioned giving me less than half of my refund. Legal emailed me back to offer an explanation of why I would only receive a partial refund and it was again, them trying to avoid refunding my full. Do Not purchase a warranty with this company!!! They are a complete fraud. I never received any policy in the mail and when I inquired about a particular repair, they told me that it wasn't covered. Funny, it was covered before I bought the policy. Ox you will not get any more money from me!!!

Complete sham!!!!! I saw their advertisement on TV and called the number. Signed my 2017 corvette up on Friday night to their best warranty Diamond plan. I was told I would get the contract emailed and mailed to me. I paid $75.00 to sign up. I waited four days and no contract. I called three times and was told the contract was in the mail. No contract. I was then told that my car doesn't qualify for the "Diamond" plan and that they had another plan that was just as good.
