Bad Experience.. **************************** None of the repairs were covered for my car.. And been waiting 4 months for a refund that they said I'm entitled too. I've been calling and emailing for 4 months straight and they say they work off of a budget for refunds. They were quick to take my money but I have to fight and take so much time out of my schedule to sit on hold and send emails to get my money back. I'd advise to look for an alternative.

Very rude customer service spoke with a **** the Supervisor for Ox Car Care . We ( my dad and I )started policy a few days ago and I called in to cancel our policy. We paid $150 for a down pay and they do not give refunds back when you cancel the policy. The Supervisor **** keep speaking over me and did not answer my question directly he did cancel our service but dis not address my main reason for the call. Will not send quotation by email. Will not offer anything in writing. High pressure selling. $75 deposit is non-refundable, $100 deposit says refundable 30 days. After speaking with them the representative would transfer over to a manager who would be even aggressive in getting a down payment from you. Price quotation started at $240 after end of the call they quoted $140.5 year plan with 3 years free.

This company is a scam to get people money. The claims manager was very rude. I bought a car and got the money warranty. 3 months later I tried to file a claim and they denied my claim saying the want previous service history. The car fax showed when i bought the vehicle and I also sent them an oil changed that I did. The took almost 2 months to going back and forth and me waiting to tell me that they denied my claim.

This is the worst of the worst. Long story short. I join end of January and only made one payment. I discovered the perks that were advertised were not as they said it would be. I cancelled my policy the beginning of March. They me since I never used any of the services my payment would be refunded. It's not May 22nd and I'm still fighting them to get my one payment refunded back to me. The customer service is bad and the supervisors are as well. They are not helpful. I purchased a policy which the agent was misleading. They lied about the terms on their policy. The salesman (******) stated that I would get a full refund if I cancel within 30 days, so l have nothing to lose. He also stated that ** care will pay maintenance on my vehicle such as Oil change, tire rotation & state inspection. He mislead me because they dont do state inspection. I have been a customer of ********************** for the last 6 months with ox consistently drawing from my bank account approximately every 20th of every month. So far, I'm impressed! After paying into Car Shield for several years, not once was any claim I submitted paid for. I was totally burned by them so I'm really hoping that ******* will ease my concerns that the "Extended Warranty" industry isn't a scam. I'm willing to pay the higher premiums to ensure that my truck is truly covered, that my claims are honored. I'd like to believe that I'll never have to use it, but I'm also realistic that isn't going to be the case.

LESS THAN ZERO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, READ THE COVERAGE. COMPLETE SHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COMPLETE JOKE!!!!!!!! TV ADVERTISEMENTS ARE FALSE I purchased coverage and the agent told me I would get a packet in the mail providing all details of my coverage and if I decide to cancel I could get my money bad .
