i had my car service through a dealer been paying my payment to them for them to tell me that there not going to fix my car do to a on going oil leak..in which that was a lie...i sent them 15 or more maintance and oil change receipts.. for them to tell me that there not going to fix my car .. I want to know how can we get something done about these complaints.. They dont answer the phone..your not keeping my money trust in that ..

These people **** they give authorization then they deny the claim anyway all the shops in my area don't accept them anymore what a shocker

It has been approximately 1 month now waiting for response from the approver at Ox Car Care.The Dealership and myself have sent all documents requested and have had 1 approval for the initial request (took 2 weeks). As they worked on this approved job they found that the water pump was leaking, and they send the required information to them and are still waiting for approval now again 2 weeks now. I could not get my mileage a 1000 plus. So I was gonna waiver it. Has to be done in the first 30 days. Now I take care of my mother. She is 92 with dementia. She cannot be left alone. No claim was made. But until I get 1000 more on my odometer no coverages. Ok so I asked if I could still get the 12 point inspection. No I was told. They do not answer your calls when service is needed on your vehicle. They take your money. But, do not provide the service. You should investigate this company. And I highly suggest all people out there not to use this company.

We called back in August to cancel our account/policy and they still have us as active and are still taking money. We have called numerous times and they say, Your money well be back in the account after 5 business days....BULL! Then we went to file a complaint with the BBB and here we are.... leaving a review. Like will this get our money back or stop them from taking money!?!??

** Car extended car warranty is definitely not who you want for your car repairs. They denied my claim for steering repair.When I called and advised them to cancel my plan because I can't get service after waiting 5 days for a response, I was told how about keeping your plan if we lower your payments. What kind of business is this. They deny my claim but will lower my payment.I advised them to cancel my plan today 10/28/24.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND OX CAR CARE for an extended warranty for car repairs

OxCarCare Ox car care is looking more and more like a scam! It says seamless submitting a claim! That ****, so far I've been told 4 different things from 4 different employees answering the phone. Representative of OX Car Care. 1 submitt your own claim it's faster,2 only shop can submit the claim,3 ox will contact the shop and see what is going on and if needed adjustor help with the claim, but wait there in CA so no adjustors in **! 4 . said to shop , they want me to pay and ** will reimburse for it!
