I filed a claim on December 20, 2024 each time I spoke with claim's department manager the conversation would be different. I would provide all documentations requested only to get the run around. Ox Car Care is a scam. The get you signed up then bill your account the incorrect amount, list the same car twice, then try to bill you or they create accounts that for instance, your daughter who never spoke to them even though her fathers credit card is being billed then tell you she has to cancel the account. Its a big scam! Cancelling your contracts takes 3 phone calls with incessant hold times then you still get billed. Stay far away from this scam.

I see all these customers going through the exact same issue I have gone threw with this company they do not honor what is in the policies a lot of hidden things in there contract they denie every claim of your damage cost is not worth the total sum u spent on monthly bills these guys are stealing people money in broad day !! I need help they left me with rental cost !

***** this company at all costs... dishonest, false advertising, bait and switch. I ordered their drive train and electronics warranty on my 2012 *****150 with a $250 deductible with free oil changes, tire rotation and maintenance. Got switched to something called "Drive America" it is a $1000 policy which they only pay $500... I've tried communicating with them, asked to speak with management and get hung up on. Refuse to refund even though they offer a so-called 100% money back guarantee...

Ox Car Care IS A SCAM. They called offering me coverage and denied my claim when submitted. Then I was told I cannot be given the recording of the initial phone call where I was promising coverage on the items that were declined. Ox Car Care IS A SCAM.
