The worst company on the planet! they took two unauthorized payments out of my bank account. They still didnt give it back terrible business.

Ox car care has lied to me about everything, including if you cancel in 30 days you get your money back that was the first lie I think theyre scammers so Ill find someone else
Ox Car Care lying to sell policies.. claims the down payment of $75 is refundable if dissatisfied with anything. Only to find out that was a LIE! They do not give 30days to review anything. After getting your CREDIT/DEBIT CARD information everything goes downhill after that. And they charge your card within 2wks for a full first payment. The salesman lied to sell me this policy. Terrible customer service! Told me to sign up and pay and 30 days to try it out! If I didnt like I could cancel for a full refund! I cancelled within 72 hrs (3 days) and then heard a hundred stories! Never issued refund!Go with other companies but stay away from Oxford car warranty ***
They add a vehicle that is not the car that should be cover and when you call the agents are horrible.
This is the worse extended automotive service plan i have ever had.. Only after I have been through the elimination period and 5 months into being covered, I'm informed after i've submitted a claim that my vehicle isn't covered due to a title technicality they should have verified during my elimination period. So even though I did nothing wrong and made all payments as agreed to, they refuse to honor their own contract. Terrible communication and very poor service overall.. They just want your monthly premium.
Ox car care lie about everything they said they will cover a car with a salvage title take monthly payments then when its time to get the car fix they cancel the coverage on the vehicle. I promise I will never recommend anyone to them
TERRIBLE WARRANTY COMPANY. CLAIM DENIED AFTER 4 WEEKS SAYING I DROVE THE CARE WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO APPROVE CLAIM! NEEDED AIR COMPRESSOR. SO WHY CAN I NOT DRIVE MY CAR?? DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM, WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
