I object to providing a positive rating. The customer service representative was discourteous. My vehicle was brought in for pothole damage repair, yet Ox Car Care failed to provide updates regarding the adjuster's actions or progress. My vehicle has been unavailable for nearly three weeks, without a rental car or adequate communication. Furthermore, despite automatic payment setup, I continue to receive collection calls. This experience was wholly unsatisfactory.

They did not pay for my husbands transmission. They use the excuse that it had been modified and it was pre-existing. The truck is a 2014 and yes, things have been replaced, but there was no issue with the transmission at all. We were able to show the truck had been serviced. The truck was down for a month and then they deny the claim. I would not recommend. These people are crooks. They make it sound so good until you need to use them.
Scam this company went into my account 2 times without permission, causing my account to go negative on one of them. Then they lied about a multi car discount so I changed my account and they are still calling me to this day and that was about 8 months ago
Ox car Care is horrible. They do not honor their contract. I filed a claim and call ox car Care several times. I spoke with a Gentleman ( won't allow me to leave the name) who put me in contact with his supervisor that promised to take care of my five month old claim and to this day i still do not have a reimbursement. I switched after years with another company mostly due to price &service. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was due to no receiving my policy and ID cards yet.
Hello this company is so full of it and need to be moved out the way out the way and just want. Money and dont want to fixed anything. I was paying 240 dollars a month faithful. I had 2017 *** that some how while coming home it read low oil pressure on the dash then beginning reading low coolant when how when the car was just serviced and I had the receipt were I kept record of were I kept it service. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Paid premium in full for their "diamond" package that is supposed to cover the max repairs. Well, my transmission went bad in my truck. The mechanic shop provided Ox Car Care with all the repair documents and cost in writing, and I also provided all service completed on my truck for the time that I had it (used truck). It took Ox Car Care over 45 days to send payment to the mechanic shop for ONLY half of the repair cost after calling and receiving different answers to the *** of my claim.
