Very courteous and knowledgeable. I was well informed about the services and costs. Prices were adjusted for my budget.
I took my car into a auto repair shop on 1-20-25 because my check engine lite came on and the repair shop submitted a claim on 1-23-25 and now I cannot get anyone at OX CAR CARE to give me a answer on if they are going to cover my car and I have been without my car for over two weeks and OX CAR CARE has been sent a work order for the repairs from the auto repair shop and still nothing. I NEED MY CAR BACK.

I am very unhappy with the service I am have been on the phone with OX for ********************************************************************* a contract.
Very unhappy with this produce. when filing a claim they find ways to NOT pay the claim. took my car to the dealership the put a claim, they request claims via email. it took the adjuster multiple business days to get on site to see the car. the dealership could hold my car for days to wait. so they sent me home with the car. ***** said i operated a vehicle while impaired and would not cover the control arm bushings
************ lies about suppling you with a rental car they sit on your claims for weeks and dont provide any info how long there review process for your claim will take while the customer is stranded at home with no way to get around this is the worst service ever
Ox car care, was suppose to give me a refund more than 6 months ago and every time I call they tell me accounting is still working on it, and will get back to me shortly. I ask them for the accounting department they tell me they cant transfer me there, but will not give me their corporate number either. I will never recommend anyone to Ox Car Care. It does not **** * months to issue a refund.

As you are not the only customer that is going through this, our finance deparment is doing the best we can to issue pro-rata refunds. I was told I could cancel my policy for a full refund anytime within the first 30 days. The next day I called three times to cancel the order. I was told the policy had been sold to another company and they have a no refund policy. They agreed that I was given the wrong information about refunds by their employer and said they will deal with it internally! Scam scam scam
