I tried ** car warranty and was told I had to wait 30 days and had to get an outside source to inspect my 2020 XT9 with ****** miles on ****** I cant get anyone a5 OX to refund my $100. Ive been calling regularly since 10 days ago.
My 84-year-old father, who has dementia and is not of sound mind, received a phone call from Ox Car Care and unknowingly signed up for their service on 12/9/24. We discovered this two months later and immediately contacted the company by phone and email to request cancellation, effective 2/9/25. Despite our efforts, he is still being billed, and we have not received any response regarding the cancellation. I believe this company took advantage of an elderly man. What steps should we take to resolve this?
I was weary about a third party warranty company. I researched them on BBB and online as well. I called THEM so I knew the phone number would be legitimate. Ultimately their customer service was very friendly and well versed. I bought the contract with complete assurance that I was making a great decision, which put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ox Car Care as a third party used car warranty

Called and asked for a quote,had the guy my husband and I talked to, email the information. With in 2 hours after we received the email. We received a phone call wanting use to buy there car warranty. To many harassing phone calls and high pressure sales tactics. We received 4 calls, even after they were asked not to call back.
I bought the "Diamond Coverage" which is the most expensive one and my thermostat housing got broken and also need a new battery for my car and was also supossed to be able to have rental car access as well and got emails back saying that the coverage wouldn't cover either of those things and couldn't even call me by the right name calling me ******* for some reason. I refused to pay anymore of it and they started bothering me about making my payment to them and have called and left messages about a refund for what I've alre... read more

How on earth did this company get an A rating with all these bad reviews. I want to purchase an extended warranty plan but they all seem so shady. Now I am questioning the BBB and their practices.
