This company is a scam, nothing more nothing less, stand clear away from these people. They take your money instantly, and give you a hard time to get it back. I purchased my policy in March of 2024, had an issue with my vehicle, took it to a shop for diagnosing in September of 2024, contacted ox, and started a process, sent the proper documents into them, contacted them daily, only to be told they canceled my policy and I shouldnt have ever had it, but they have been taking my money monthly for 6 months straight. If I could give them 0 stars I would! This company is a shame! After paying $150a month for OVER a year i needed a new transmission. Ox car care denied my claim after waiting almost 6 weeks of my car being down! They will take your money and NOT FIX YOUR CAR!!!

Ox car Care is not a good company They do not honor their contract, I filed a claim and call ox car Care several times to fix my car one month later the claim My car is still not fixed My I would not recommend this company to anyone I'm at my last result of taking ox car Care to court to sue them for my money back

My car broke down and they won't repair it they will repressed the broken item but not the work it's $1,500 for the repair of the vehicle but the part is only $25 won't repair it and they won't they say I don't have coverage why would I get it when they told me that it would cover everything why would I not why would I be paying for something that I'm not going to get my car repaired They said I have some other kind of coverage where it doesn't cover the work it covers the part I never agreed to that they said it would cover... read more

Hi If I could leave a review below 1 I would not hesitate. I filed the claim for a covered repair on October 23 2024 after paying 16 months of premiums They kept on dodging the calls from the shop and were asking for a total service records for the last 3 years and kept on telling me its under review I still have not got it resolved as on thanksgiving day which is 28 Nov 2024 I have sent them e mails atleast 5 times for which there is no response I am so disgusted with them I would never recommend this company to anyone

A SCAM! Paid a boatload of premiums, now I have a repair that should be covered. Problem is that they just don't process the claim! Guy there just said might be 3 weeks, maybe longer (and probably just to deny it). They don't allow you to pay for repair then submit claim. Their book says my repair is 5 hours, they will only pay for rental for 8 hour labor for job (intentionally). They have my car hijacked at the repair place. Like others say Ox is happy to take money but slow to pay out. My car sat in the shop for 8 days waiting on approval from ** to start repairs. After several calls from the repair facility myself Ox responded with have me to send all my service receipts in. Two days after the receipts of the ******** + claim Ox paid ******** leaving me to pay *****. ******* is a scam & prey on the elderly. They offered my father a warranty on 2 *************** repeatedly went into his account on random days within each month withdrawing unauthorized payments. I had to speak with 8 different people to get them to email the cancellation paperwork to me. I completed it & returned it. They mailed a partial refund for one vehicle.
