I purchased 2 Extended Warranties from Ox Car Care and within 6 months I cancelled my agreement due to poor customer service and they deducted a payment from my account without my approval. I requested a cancellation refund based on the ******************** Agreement due to the fact that I have not had any claims. However, Ox Car Care have not ignored my 4 emails.

I own a repair facility I have a customer that has brought their car February 3rd just like other customers they claim that the claim was started February 8th it is impossible to get anybody on the phone it is impossible to get an answer I've been put on hold for over an hour and a half several times and then the call just disconnects this company is just a scam beware stay away

I was an employee of this sham of a company located in ************* and you cant even find that location on here , only the one in ********** . Website is filled with 5 star reviews and theyre all a lie . Not only does this company scan their clients , they scan their employees out of commissions . If youre thinking about working for this company , I would reconsider . These two men in the CLAIMS DEPARTMENT allowed me to express my needs and made sure that all my paperwork was SUBMITTED INTO MY POLICY FILE. These two gentlemen working at Ox Car Care have certainly gone above and beyond to help me feel better about filing my first claim. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!
My car has been in the possession of the shop for 30 days. Ox Car Care has both me and the shop waiting on the go for my car repairs. All of my maintenance documentations are within agreement. Im not sure what else to do. I feel like this is a fraudulent business and Im being scammed.

If I could If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have two cars with extended warranties through Ox Car Care, and the situation is unacceptable. My daughter's Jeep has been sitting at the shop for an entire month without any repairs because Ox is claiming they only received the claim last week. However, Ox Car Care alerted the shop via email about the claim on January 30th. My daughter has been stuck in a rental since January 13th, and Ox only covers rental costs for a mere six days. I've been with Ox Car Care for over a year and my Clutch went out on the transmission and customer service said they dont cover those parts, but isn't the Clutch one of the main components of the transmission, so why isn't it covered. And customer service is no HELP. I'm canceling my contract with Ox Car Care company
