They tell you one things and turn around and change what they tell you I was quoted a price and they took more out of my account without my permission I told them I dont want auto pay and. I do not recommend them at all. Im a current, soon to be ex customer. I had some work done before I purchased the plan. In one spot on a service document it said needs transmission fluid. So after adding the fluid, like the car shop told me. I purchased the plan about 1-2 months later. Ive had the plan 5 months now. My suv started acting funny took it into a shop and my suv broke down on them. It turned out my transmission blew. THIS IS A PIP OFF COMPANY I TRIED TO MAKE A CLAIM AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO SEND THEM INVOICES BUT FOR WHAT AND THIS WAS A WEEK AFTER I MADE THE REQUEST NOW A MONTH LATER THEY STILL HAVEN'T APPROVED MY CLAIM THEY KEEP CUTTING YOU OFF WHEN YOU GET TO A REPRESENTATIVE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY I COULDN'T GET ANY SERVICE THAT THEY PROMISE NOT EVEN AN OIL CHANGE ZERO STARS
We, too, would rate them a ZERO or below if we could. Do NOT trust this company. Do NOT give them your money. You'd just be throwing your money away. We don't understand how this company could still be in business except for ignoramuses like us - who didn't check the customer reviews prior to signing up. I wished I would have read the reviews before I got sucker in. I got a 2012 F150 that has ****** miles, and wanted an extended warranty. But after actually calling them and talking with the rep it became clear that this is not a good company. Its super loud in the back ground, cant hear what theyre telling you. My main problem with them is that they swiped my card WITHOUT my approval! Ox car care is a total fraud. They will tell you anything to get your money, once they do your screwed. I tried to cancel in the 30 day grace ******* they literally laughed at me and said youre not getting any money back. Thanks to discover card , I got my $538 dollars back. Dont even bother to call Ox Car Care, you will be sorry ??
Ox car care took a long time with my wife car I am not happy we call Ox they told us to pick a shop that will fix the car brakes and air they had the car for a long time did not rell us that we can get a rental Ox did not give the shop the ok to fix the car I'm not happy with Ox. *************************
If I could give a -0 star, I would! This is the worse extended auto warranty company. They let your car sit in the shop for weeks before approving or denying the claim. You call to speak to the adjuster and your told they only communicate via email. Meanwhile, you are left with no transportation. You get absolutely nothing and yet they are charging you every month.
