OxCarCare Ox car care is looking more and more like a scam! It says seamless submitting a claim! That ****, so far I've been told 4 different things from 4 different employees answering the phone. Representative of OX Car Care. 1 submitt your own claim it's faster,2 only shop can submit the claim,3 ox will contact the shop and see what is going on and if needed adjustor help with the claim, but wait there in CA so no adjustors in **! 4 . said to shop , they want me to pay and ** will reimburse for it! I called Ox Car Care on Oct, 10, 2024. The salesman told me they paid 50 percent of a repair bill. I also added my wife's car to the ******* he transferred me to an agent who took my credit card info and ran the charge. Then I was transferred to another agent who read me the disclaimers. He said that Ox Car Care would pay 50 percent of the first one thousand dollars of a repair bill. I then asked, "if I were to blow an engine and the repair bill was ten thousand dollars, Ox Car Care would only pay 500 dollars"? He said yes. ... read more
When my dealership I took the car to tried to call every number possible for Ox Car Care. They said they had to do business only by email. When they emailed they got a ping back response that said they would get back to my dealership in up to five days. I don't know who can wait five days for coverage. Especially when you're under medical care. My dealership emailed them back the information. If I could give no stars I would. My car has been in the shop for almost a month now. I call in every day to get a status update. Every time I call in the customer service and claims **** are rude and talk more than the listen. I have asked several times for a manager and the *** ************** to transfer the call. I asked for the call to be escalated and he still refused. Places me on hold and then disconnects the call.. He is not the only on in the company like this. well i thought they were raqted A witht the better business bureau hunmmm i doubt it i put in a claim for a 2016 ***** pilot at the findlay ***** ************** fir a smiple water pump that need to be replaced over a week and ***** has not given them a simple yes go ahead with this us veterans car to put in all the parts waterpump serpitine belt etc my belief now in the company is zero i soo will have *** do investagtion as to the 485 bad reviews lets go after this company we pay hard earn money for this not exceptableeeeeee... read more

So I purchased a service warranty on 10/02/2024 or so I thought so upon paying ****** that day I was then informed that I would have to make another payment 2 weeks later on th 16th so I asked why and then was informed that the first 129 was only a down payment so fast forward to 10/15/2024 i called in to cancel the policy because I was told for any reason that i could cancel within the first 30 days with a full refund so upon calling i got the total run around from person to person and from department to department I even h... read more

I researched and discovered this is not the type of insurance I need. Ox car Care finally responded to me canceling this service but hasn't sent me confirmation of cancellation. They keep sending me info as if I have this service.And I don't have it or need it. I am a senior and is not happy with how I am being ignored and company shoving their info on me. I don't want this.
