I was trying to cancel 2 warranties and spoke to several people who did NOT know their warrenties facts and coverages. Supervisor ******* on March 26 detangled my 2 warranty cancelations (calling me several times) and sold me another 5yr/100,000 warranty before I got my money back. GOOD JOB!!!by ******************

I tried to make a claim for my vehicle. I had the premium package for my *************************************** 4 wheel drive and my claim was refused. I tried to get assistance from the claims department and again was denied the claim. I would not recommend Ox Car Care when there are other companies out there with better rates and better customer service.
