Bought an Ox Car Care membership on 9/2/2024 and decided the next week that it didn't fit my budget. The next week the salesperson called to confirm my coverage but I let her know that I wanted to cancel it (i have 30 days to do so) but, she said she needed to verify my info first before she could cancel it and would call me back the following Wednesday of that week but; that never happened, Instead I've had 3 other sales people call from Ox Car Care to see if I was interested in buying a membership - the answer was no. I've tried multiple times to cancel my policy, iet either directed to another person, who offers a cheaper rate, or I get hung up on by a supervisor named *******. This company has lied and not performed any of the services promised. I want a full refund and my policy canceled.
they have the rudest employees all the way up to the manager. my service was awful and I called to complaint and the manager berated me because of my wanting to complaint.
Ox is a rip-off. It takes a while for someone to answer the phone if at all. They will transfer you to roadside assistance if you ask too many questions or hang up on you. Deny repairs stating not a covered component at the same time it's part of the motor. You are not allowed to receive monthly oil changes and only a portion of the oil change is covered. I think they are scammer myself and husband called to have alternator replace they kept saying they never received the paper work ending up paying out of picket. There very rule and unprofessional.

I have been trying to get the policy canceled since June 2024 and they refuse to cancel the policy and continue to harass me through phone calls and text message. Something needs to be done about companies like this.

Company presentation of warranty coverage is a scam to get buyers to purchase repair warranty and they constantly lie and nasty to customers about their intentionally delaying approvals for repairs they use the excuse of wanting to see car history to further delay approval for repairs Also they intentionally ignored me when I set up automatic payment from checking account for my second payment l made clear to their employee To start on 10th following month they withdrew funds the next day
