This company's 30 day money back guarantee is false advertisement. I purchased warranty service in December 2023. I submitted a repair service, it was under review waiting for an adjuster to come out because the car is at the dealership. The dealership advised me that it should not be a problem because it is a covered component. When the adjuster came out they went back to the home office for a review which took more than 5 days. I called multiple times and then found out they denied the claim. I had to pay $3668.68 which I disputed through my credit card company because this should have been covered.

I do not like this company at all. I was sold 2 policies. One for my car and the 2nd. One was for my home. I gave the owner ****************** all the info. Needed on both. When I made a call for my home to get a repairman out for my stove, the lady told me that this policy does NOT service Mobile Homes!I asked WHY was I sold the darn policy in the 1st. This company will deny a claim on the smallest infraction. I had my vehicle in a dealership for a oil change, they diagnose several problems I contacted customer care and told them I was going to move the car to a more cost efficient dealership and closer to my home. IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT use this company. I have filed for 3 different repairs that were excluded, when I asked for a reason in writing, I received none. I was told that the policy would include oil changes and tire rotations. When we submitted for that claim, I never received a refund on that. Ox Car Care is a terrible company. Here is my first-hand experience. I was sold hard over phone. They advertise on ************ and others all the time. My care was diagnosed for the first time for a replacement of the power steering rack. The inspector from ****** validated this need. ****** denied my claim saying I neglected the maintenance of this car.
