I was interested in their Diamond Plan as I have multiple vehicles. The sales person described the coverages and that there were all kinds of extras for no additional cost. The initial cost seemed too high, so he said he could lower the price. He said that if I paid the Activation Fee that he could put all the vehicles under coverage; and I had 30-days to decide and could always cancel it and get all my money back. I am very displeased with the results of my time and trust invested with Ox Car Care. After paying the deposit and keeping up a month to months payment plan, I asked Ox Car Care if I could cancel my account. This based on the fact that I could not meet there 1,000mile requirement, of which was asked to keep the contract for work to be performed. I called in to cancel. I was told to send in an email. 08/09/2024 ************** My payment monthly ******. I lost my employment no longer working. I contacted ox car care and ask for a cancellation and they give me run around. I spoke with someone at ox car care they stated that I had to send email requesting a cancellation. I send a number of email no response from them.

I am giving one star only because they will not allow me to post this with ZERO stars! Both I and the service department that I am using have had nothing but problems with this company in delaying getting my claim approved & paid. I dropped my Jeep off 7/9/2024 and this is 8/8/2024 and I still do not have any updates on when/if this will be approved. They do not fix your car they keep lying and giving you the runaround and not approve your car to get fixed when its in the warranty of what needs fixing

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS OR EVEN ERASE THESE DANG OUTLINES OF STARS, I WOULD!!!!... The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because the review wouldn't post unless I did. I had to do a doubletake of a couple of the reviews before mine because they are LITERALLY us right now! We've submitted our second claim.. They put me on hold for 28 days had me running around get all my maintenance receipts submitted to him then they told me over the phone as a courtesy that my claim had that denied because a quart of oil low the mechanic say they never checked the oil and that was just an excuse to try to find to deny the claim it give you the run around I had three vehicles with them I never get refunded for my maintenance repair which is something that they hit you with at the end once you become a member and have to file a claim then they ... read more
