This business is totally bull when I signed up to get Ox Car care I immediately told him that my car was salvage title car and I bought it 41 miles and anyway Ive been insured for 5 1/2 months and I just had a problem with my car to check engine light came on, so I bought it to Place thinking it was my transmission thankfully it wasnt but OX Car Care reportedly told the mechanic that being as a salvage car theyre not covering nothing how did them take my money all these months and then when they gotta pay a claim or anything... read more
Highly recommend ox car care! They have exceptional customer service!
Scam *********************** stay away. They wil gladly take your money and when you have a claim NOTHING is covered even when it is. This may be for extended warranties on new cars but I would even think thats a fraud.
Wouldn't provide copy of the contract before I paid for it. Very shady!
I have had a policy with Ox for more than 5 months now. When I experienced my first breakdown, I took my car to a certified mechanic, and we both contacted Ox. Ox was able to get my car fixed and me on the road in no time. Thank you to ****** and the claims team, y'all are doing the lords work.

I was duped they put my **** Benz down as haviong ***** miles and when my starter went out they said I had *****0 They typed in the error and stated the milage did not match so the declined me coverage.It is elementary that a **** car would have more than ***** miles on it.I bought ******* they sold my policy to Dealer Loyalty Protection A company I knew nothing about as was not informed of thier position until I needed help I tried to cancell my policy and I was given a lot more red tape from Superior who would not cancell ... read more
I called to compare coverage with Ace and Ox**** The initial rep, when she found out I live in ***** told me she made it to the airport and then remembered she still had weed in her bra.This company started out at 24 months @ $250 per month. When I told them about ***, she scrambled to lower the price. When asked for the offer in writing, a gentleman(smooth talker) got on the line. I asked for this info.
