******* Care has had a negative impact on me. They only care about you paying your premium and the 30 days money back is useless because you might not need them until after the thirty days. The say they offer this and that but they really don't. My car has been at the shop for longer than a month and no the so called adjuster doesn't answer any calls, its always a call center type environment where they will relay what your concerns are to the person supposedly handling your claim. **************** is important to me and the... read more

Let's start off by saying ox car care is a joke. Now this is coming not from the consumer but the mechanic doing the work for the consumer. This is my review of ox car care. I met with one of ox's insurance adjusters he informed me that he was also a master cert tech (joker) didn't know his a** from his elbow. Ok so beyond that he wanted me to tear down the cars parts so he could inspect them. So let me enlighten you as to why our adjuster and our inspector asked for a tear down, the inspector must have found something wrong with the car that needed to be further inspected and a tear down was warranted. I would not speculate on OX, just avoid them. They are just another warranty you probably will never need and if you might, you will find allot of the hype and hidden fine print guidelines you were unaware of that voids their coverage...which is certainly found in all aftermarket scam warranties.

On August the 3rd they took money out of my checking account without my permission told me I would receive a refund that was on the 4th of August still haven't got it today is the 25th called them now they told me they're going to mail me a check lightly story but I'll give him benefit of the doubt. I thought when somebody takes money out of your account without your permission it's stealing but they don't like that word.

Had to wait 55 minutes before I could speak to a claim adjuster. It took them 5 days to respond to a repair invoice. **************** staff are rude. Many calls were made for updates and I receive a different excuse every time. Unprofessional company.

OX Car Care doesn't have any lines of communication with customers. I have tried to communicate with them without success, but I can get through successfully when it's time to pay my premiums. I had an oil change on June 25, 2023. They advertise free oil changes. I sent them the receipt from that service, and have not heard from them since. I've called them numerous times without any success. Instead, I'm forced to listen to ads on the phone, then the phone hangs up. It's funny how all the 5 Star comments in favor of ox car care are from "supposed" customers who it seems have NEVER EVER had to use ox car care but are extremely happy from the promise of service to be provided for them..I will not be surprised if ox and their employees are writing these favorable reviews!!And the comments are 3 to 4 lines long and sound similar..Something is fishy here.

Ox car care will lowball you and not pay total of repair bills. Had a $5000 repair bill from ****************** and Ox. Only wanted to pay **** to repair steering rack totally outrageous

I called this company because I heard their advertisement on my *********** as I was traveling from *******. I decided to give it a try. A man by the name of ********************* answered my call. He was very rude and tried to convince me to pull over and subscribe to the policy for a fee of $75. **** explained to me that my policy would cost me $280/month.
