**************** is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone and they do not call back. They have no problem taking my money on the first of each month. I have numerous messages and no one returns my call

You then ignored it, purchased a policy, and made a misrepresentation over a recorded line of your alleged engine being sound.</p><p>Our claims manager found this discrepancy and mentioned the issue, you hold the position that your engine was fixed, however, your own repair facility stated otherwise.</p>

I contacted customer service to cancel my ******** was ox there very rude customer service very rude they asking me why do I wanna cancel? Thats not good enough answer so finally I got somebody to cancel it. I just got the policy on 3 August 2023 so when I decided to cancel and talk to cancellation they charge me $50 for each vehicle, and thats the way it is with them. This company is a total scam I called they quoted me it's ****** A month for 24 months for ***** Miles of coverage lol ??????????Anyone that does business with These scammers will be taken for a ride told the sales man on the phone no I'm not interested he kept insisting I needed to pay him only ***** to sign up and it's only if I wanted to cancel the sure they must think people are retarted I recorded the whole conversation and am reporting this to my state attorney general to try to put them out of business in my state

I wish i would have looked closer at the reviews for this coverage company. I currently have my cart starting its first claim today. The dealership found it hightly irregular that you can not speak with someone about the claim and they have to EMAIL the claim to them and that it take 24 to 72 hours???? Why so long?Also, we had to get a rental......mind you i have Diamond coverage, top you can get with Ox, and you have to have 8 labor hours for the rental to be covered. In short; Ox Car Cares Organization. has a practice of using needless delay stalling tactics, and professional ineptitude; all in an apparent attempt to frustrate all who would request a refund.
