NO STAR!!! This company should lose their BBB Accredidation based purely on the fact that they operate a fraudulent company. First, they say you can't file a claim for 30 days after you get a contract. Second, you have 30 days to cancel. A consumer can't evaluate a company if they can't use a policy for 30 days. That was a red flag. They denied 2 claims I filed, one for a tailgate issue and the other for a transmission. Catch h*** trying to send my receipt for my oil change. Email they gave me not working I don't know if this a good investment.
I purchased coverage and the agent told me I would get a packet in the mail providing all details of my coverage and if I decide to cancel I could get my money bad . Needless to say, I cancelled and my $200 down payment I found out I need to wait 30 days from the day of cancellation for it to even be submitted for a check to be sent out plus the time it takes for the check to get to me . DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE! Its a lie they will not pay your claim no matter what it is. They are crooks. They will make up something when its time for repair. DO NOT PURCHASE AN OX CAR CARE PLAN. They take advantage of customers, just want their money, and customer service *****. NOBODY will ever get back to you or return emails. They had signed up my elderly dad with Dementia back in April 2023, and I explained to Ox Car Care that my dad doesn't need a $4K+ policy for a **** vehicle. A HOT MESS I purchased a plan in September 2023. My car broke down on me November 27th, 2023. I put it in the shop. They don't want to pay for the repairs. They took a month to even send an adjuster out to look at my car. They are just taken people's money and don't want to follow upon their end of the deal.
In my opinion this company is a scam.....I had to file a claim and my experience was horrible...their towing section was awful...their customer service is even worse and to get ahold of anyone is nearly impossible.......If I were BBB I would not back this company...that is actually the only reason I went with them because you backed them.......They declined every part of my claim.......why bother having this service that u pay good money for if they never pay........they get no stars from me.....
