Not only did I wait for more than 45 minutes to get a live person on the telephone to cancel this service but I was led to believe that any money that I paid towards the service would be refunded. Only to be told by their customer service representative that the initial payment would not be refunded. Run away from this one. So disappointed in their falsehoods

stop do not let them take your money i got a policy today and he didnt tell me about it would be a 50 pre. policy. he transferred department and she told me about the 50 pre. on repair of the bill. i have call 3 times and nobody will talk to me about me getting my money back fo the down payment today. everybody keep putting me on hold and then the car cut off. wow

Ox is one of if not the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 76 years. They are impossible to get in touch with, will not return left messages, owed me $ 104 from March 28 to June 28. Then sent me a check for $60 even though I had provided proof of cost. I'm taking steps to *** them, get $ back that I have religiously paid since December. I hear there ads on the radio and they are complete lies. There should be a suit from all there customers. They belong in jail!!!!!!

Like every other review I've read, Ox is the worst. My vehicle has been sitting in a shop now for a month. My vehicle AC needed repair and a single coil pack.Ox sent an email from their adjuster stating they needed my vehicle service records. Why would I need a service record for an AC and a coil pack. Those things wear out after time. This is the reason I purchased an extended warranty. Nevertheless I obliged them and submitted the service records. A month later still nothing.
