Was misled into purchasing a warranty from OX Car Care, the representative explain the details to dress up the sale of purchasing a warranty from OX, which would be great for my vehicle after purchase I waited for the grace period and received a call to utilize the service, took my vehicle in for service and submitted a claim C/S played we don't have your claim and gave me the runaround, after two weeks they ask for service records for the vehicle, it wasn't explained in the beginning that service full records were a require... read more

I HAVE THEM FOR MORE THAN 5 PLUS MONTHS AND I STARTED A CLAIM AND NOW THEY DONT WANNA COVER IT. THEY SAID ITS A MILAGE PROBLEM. WHEN WE SIGN UP THE GUY SAID THE MILES DIDNT HAVE TO BE CORRECT, NOW I HAVE A CLAIM AND THEY DONT WANNA DO IT CAUSE THE MILES. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE TAKING FOLKS MONEY!!! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND THEY TAKE IT EVERY MONTH BUT DONT WANNA DO THEIR PART. **** AND ***********************.

<p>Hello Mr. and Mrs. Johnson</p><p>I am sorry but the denial to your claim was due to you not providing the requested proof of mileage since the vehicle at the time of inspection had 148k miles, and the policy sale date was 01/26/2023, the carfax showed the vehicle had 146,154 on 10/13/2023. Your claim was submitted on 5/3/2023, hence the reason why we asked for verification of miles. This is made clear when we sold you the policy and was mentioned over a recorded line. Again we are sorry for the inconvicence.</p>

Called into customer service to see if I could extend my payment out due to some unforeseen circumstances and surprisingly enough they were able to do it. Been using them for maitnence, but i have a *** so knowing the insane labor costs im happy to have this coverage for when the time comes.

got my claim paid 3x in a row already within a year and a half. Read thru ur contract and do what you're supposed to do and youll be good. thx ox paid for itself already

Ox car care they lie to customers about the 30 day policy. I called to cancel they told me I could not get my deposit back. It was only 5 days. *****************************

Almost got caught up with them. Beware my bank declined this initial set up charge of $75 twice. We got disconnected I called my Bank to question why they were declined. Took a look at reviews while on hold and told my Bank not to process as we were disconnected and their next step was a third person verification process. While on the phone with my bank Ox rep was calling me but I was told they ran the transaction a third time! The bank said the 3rd one went through. I am not sure who you spoke too, however, that person should have looked into your account to see that the down payment transaction was declined two times. I have filed a claim with your company. And was told that it would take 72 hours for a decision. It is now going on over 14 days and I just keep getting the run around and excuses to hold a decision on my car. I am disabled and very much need my car to get to my doctor ************ to maintain my health. I have already missed 3 important ************. Can you please get this resolved *************************

I had to deal with an obnoxious alleged supervisor named *******. Very unpleasant and unprofessional in her attitude. My issue was a simple change from single to auto payments. After dealing first with their processor Mepco and learning I had to make that change directly with Ox and after going through a long line of pressing different choices through their phone system resulting in a very frustrating 20 minutes I finally reached a human who turned out to be *******.

I think that their practice is extremely unethical. There is no one individual you can talk to about a complaint. I have been trying to hear about a claim filed over 3 weeks ago, and in the mean time costing me $ ****** a week for a rental that isn't covered yet cause they haven't excepted the claim yet. Still just getting the run around. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY......DO NOT USE THEM.....DON'T HAVE TO TAKE MY WORD...JUST ASK **** AT GULF COAST.
