Customers Beware....****************** charged my credit card and did not provide the monthly billing charges... and this has been going for over a month... I spoke with so called ***** and seems this person does not exist when I called back today. Spoke with ******* who refuses to transfer to to billing department. I highly recommend NOT signing up with Ox Car Care.. Ox Car Care ow me two processing fees of $75.00 for each vehicle. Also, their prices are outrages nearly $200.00 a month..

VERY BAD SERVICE AND COMUNICATION Do not buy OC care. On or about MAY 13 my repair was completed and paid for by ME.. even though ID card says that OX would pay with company CC!**** 9 and STILL waiting for my reimbursement check! I am paying interest on this money! Many calls and many VMs to no avail as nobody EVER calls back. when on hold, all i get is Chinese opera music for 15 minutes (my personal record). Wasn't able to afford it as i moved, however it was easy to cancel for me. Took some time to get back into my bank but most things are like that. Never seen an immediate refund in my life. Take notes and look at the policy. **** probably get it again once i settle into my new place

I took my car to the shop on the 15th of may the guy came out to assess it and no one called in a couple of days so the mechanic called I called everyday to see what the hold up they said it still under review. I need my car to get around, we cal each until the 31st of may and they said it still is under review so why do you pay for warranty if they dont do what they say this is horrible I want any answer.. it is the 6th of June and still no response

I purchased a contract with Ox Car Care and tried to call by phone and online to cancel. By phone it wouldnt allow me to leave messages and I couldnt log in with the welcome letter they sent me. I feel its a scam because I cant speak to anyone and they dont want customers to cancel. I want my refund back.

** care is a joke!!! My ***************** went out and they denied my coverage and when I call they wont answer and when I emailed all the said was denied because of condition outlined in the contract. But I got all of my maintenance!!! They are a SCAM!!!!!

I was very disappointed with the way they did business. Trying to get someome to talk to or get service paid was close to impossible. It took the ****** manager over an hour to try to get confirmation for payment and I still gad to pay. It took them days to get a refund from the company and even to get assistance to file my claim. Any time of the day I would attempt to talk to anybody I was unable to get an answer.
