I was mislead into buying their services. The agreement they sent me was nothing like the one the salesperson told me about. I feel like I've been tricked. Would give no stars, but I have to give one.

I canceled this policy more than 2 months ago, well within the cancellation period to get a full refund of the deposit and the early monthly payment they collected (before the 30 days). Luckily I decided to cancel, I can imagine how bad they can be if I submit a claim based on the previous reviews. Ox is the worse they billed me every month and every time I filed a claim they didnt cover it please do waste your money with this company they talk a good game and never honor any claims

ALL the high praises on all their commercials. The truth is... It's really bad. They have no problem signing you up. When something actually breaks and you need them, they delay the process as long as they could and pictures is NOT enough. They send an adjuster to look at what's broken, you have to wait until they approve it before they can work on it. My van would have been done 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Very hard to reach anyone on the phone with the claims department and they pass you around like they don't know ... read more

I couldnt find a dealership or a mechanic that takes ********** . I canceled the policy and they are telling me that I cant get my money back. I didnt try hard enough.

I cancelled this policy 30 days ago, well within the cancellation period to get full refund of deposit per rep when I purchased. I have not received return of deposit and cannot get anyone on the phone. Yet they continue to call to see if I want coverage. It seems the only time someone answers us when they are trying to make a sale otherwise they ignore you. Send me my money, now!

********** does not get any stars from me but to submit my complaint I had to give a star they will take your money accuse you of lying about your vehicle even with proof of car history you can not talk to anyone other then the floor team their supervisor sticks to the same script and doesnt make the situation any better the adjuster is the manager but is never available I wouldnt trust this company with your money

If I could give Ox Car Care 0 stars I would.My experience with Ox Car Care is less than satisfactory and stressful.Ox Car Care charged my credit card 3 times on 9/8/23, 9/10/23 and 9/22/23. I attempted to dispute the duplicate charges with them and they are saying that they do not see the payments as they use a third-party company, Mepco to collect payments.
