Ox Car Care is a scam!! I submitted a claim and was told the parts were not covered. The sales agent said all repairs are covered. Their commercials say the same! When I asked why the parts werent covered I was told to check my contract which the company has yet to provide me with. The fact their sales staff and commercials say all repairs are covered is a bait and switch!

******* , I was very disappointed with this company as a whole from start to finish. First of all you can't reach anyone in claims when you have an issue. Secondly when they say they cover all the major parts is misleading. My water pump went out and for my vehicle that meant they had to remove the engine for this to be done. By doing so that means that you replace the seals and gaskets because you can't reuse them. Ox refused to cover parts seals gaskets needed to or the job. Terrible communication, I had to call daily with hold times between ***** min, as did my dealer/shop. Took weeks before anyone would do anything with our claim or even respond, then again to get an inspector out. Our car was in the shop for over a month with a problem that was diagnosed in a day, parts fully available, all the waiting was for Ox to do anything. Luckily the shop was patient and let us hang onto the loaner but this is completely unreasonable for someone not so fortunate. Stay far far away from this company.

Need to be investigative for scamming people out money I had claim they paided 25%I had to pay the balance,my second claim was not paided and I been call for over a month cannot reach ox and if I do talk to someone I get the run around
Only gave 1 star because u had to. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. I purchased a policy and have been making payments for 3 months, o my for them to continuously contact me saying theyre missing payment. This is every other day, LITERALLY. Every single time I tell them Ive already made a payment and proceed to give them a confirmation number. After calling last week and being told my new service would cover an *********** I was shock not only do they dont cover oil service but only ******** As a new customer I was so disappointed as too many miscommunication is thru out this company. This company is al total rip off! People please do not waste your time or money. I will be filing a complaint with small claims court. I took my vehicle in because I had a oil leak,within 20 minutes my claim was denied. This company has had my claim under review since June 13, 2023. I call every day, and its still under review. There policy says within ***** hours the dealership will know if theyre going to cover the repairs. They should cover the repairs because I have the diamond package and they cover water pumps. One of there agents said they should cover it. I pay my bill on time, and this is the customer service I receive. I also have to wait on the phone for at least a hour before anyone answers.
