This company is the worst at paying claims. I have been without my vehicle for two weeks due to this company not having enough money on the credit card to pay my claim. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a warranty company. I have paid my entire contract off in full and when as the consumer needed them they were not able to get my claim paid for due to insufficient funds on whatever form of payment they were using to my auto shop. towed my car to the shop i go to. Claims process was a bit wonky, but ended up having my engine replaced. warranty paid for itself. just make sure u make ur oil changes and read that contract.

Had my coverage for like 6 months, had yet to make a claim, almost was thinking of cancelling, but then that engine check light came on. Turns out my evaporator? was messed and had to get it replaced. Whatever that thing is costed 1.5k. Thankfully i had my coverage, made my claim and they paid it.

I have not made any large claims with their coverage, HOWEVER, I have been using the maintenance program and have not paid for an oil change so far.

Heard them on the radio, after getting my claim denied by Carshield & had a hard time cancelling it just left on overall bad taste in my mouth. First off call was easy, some back n forth over the phone. Made sure i read through the contract and then boom sensor gets messed up on my ******* i was only 2 months into the coverage and surprisingly enough they paid my claim. no problem. Will update review if something goes wrong but so far so good....

I would give them no stars if possible! The person I spoke to today about getting a quote, (which is all I called for), got rude with me when I told them I was just shopping at the moment. This person kept pushing as to why I wasn't paying for the insurance NOW and AT THIS MOMENT! Very rude, too pushy!!! Then, this person hung up on me when I once again stated that I was just shopping. I canceled within the 30 days and followed their protocols and sent in the cancellation form and I have not received my refund . ***************************
I was pressured into buying. The agent I talked to was very short when I called to cancel. He didnt say anything about reimbursing my payment. I asked to speak with his supervisor and was told that there werent any on the floor.I called back to customer service and was on hold for more than 30 minutes.
This is a bad company I would never ever buy from them or even recommend them to anybody. I tried to cancel my membership. I had to go to the attorney general of California and I'm having to go back. They were supposed to send me a refund on the 26th of April. I called I called twice. Now they're telling me that the check got lost and the mail.
