Buyer Beware!!!!This is the worst **************** out there!!! We tried filing 2 claims and they never got back to us. We paid for this c*** for a year and got nothing in return. We asked for the last charge to be removed since they wont do anything and they flatly said no. What a SCAM this company is. They dont stand by anything. *********************.

I had the most horrible service with them they claimed everything would be covered but when it came to the diagnosis of my car they didnt cover no parts claim was denied and I had to pay 600 and something dollars to get my car back cause the claim didnt go thru as told so the diagnostic test would be covered but it said anything involving engine problems or air conditioning issues would be covered but it wasnt and while car in shop needed a rental that wasnt covered at all I had to pay all myself and was told it would be rei... read more

I am a service manager at a repair facility. I have a customers vehicle here that has an *********** Policy. I started a claim 6/16/23. ** sent an inspector out that verified the failure. They are now asking for FULL service history. The customer purchased this vehicle less then a year ago. He sent in a bill of sale with the date and mileage of when he purchased the vehicle and the maintenance/ repair records he has done since he purchased the vehicle. Worst warranty company ever I signed up with them pay $180 a month. I got an issue to get my car serviced they ask me for the service agreements for the life of the vehicle. I have only owned the car 2 years, The car is a 2015, they wanted me to call the service station that serviced the car from 2015 up to the time I took ownership....this is straight bull s*** my car has been setting for 2 weeks and I still can't get it fixed and I can't afford it. I am so disappointed and feel like this company is huge in lying to customers. We have had 1 claime made and denied because our master cylinder broke on Friday on vacation and ox didn't respond. So we paid for it thinking ox would reimburse us since they are closed weekends and they denied it cause we paid. Then we made a claim just recently to have our a/c fixed (we live in az, 105 today) and their accounting department is having an issue and we are one of the customers effected. Wow. Not only did I wait for more than 45 minutes to get a live person on the telephone to cancel this service but I was led to believe that any money that I paid towards the service would be refunded. Only to be told by their customer service representative that the initial payment would not be refunded. Run away from this one. So disappointed in their falsehoods
