I absolutely Love them!Always happy with the service I get and they are so attentive to what I need. I never write reviews but I am a firm believer that you should try something out for yourself rather than go by all *********** am so glad I did! I have refered them to all of my family and friends.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I could not get contract information until I paid *****. After reading, I found that my car repairs would only be covered up to the cash value of the car. Immediately called to cancel 2 days later. They hung up. Called back and mentioned cancel and they hung up again. 3rd try was connected to the cancellation **** and they tried to convince me to keep the contract. Experience has been good so far. No complaints as of yet. Staff was friendly and I bought the coverage I needed.
I called Ox on 1/3/23. I gave them a $49 deposit which was deducted out of my bank account the following day on the 4th. I was told that I had 30 days to review/think about it. The quote I was given was $140.92/month, but I wouldnt be charged the first payment until 1/17/23. I called back on 1/16/23 to cancel the policy and to be refunded my $49. Ill give this company less than one star; after purchasing the protection they offer, I have been calling several different car-dealers and car-shops, to verify this coverage and protection. The truth is that in all places that I called, NOBODY accept this company at all. Everything are lies from the salesperson and they tell you what you want to hear.
